What type of services do you offer?

At this time, I only offer embroidery services.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

Every item is custom-made, and all sales are final.
Please make sure to double-check colors, sizes, fonts, names, and spelling before placing your order.

What is the TAT (turnaround time) for embroidery?

Embroidery TAT is 2-3Ā weeks,Ā excluding holidays.
Each design is stitched one thread at a time with multiple steps. This includes digitizing, stabilizing, and finishing.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! If you have a custom idea in mind, please fill out the "Design Your Own" formĀ on the website's homepage.
I will get in touch after form is filled out to discuss design details, pricing, and next steps.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery is available toĀ Denham SpringsĀ and surrounding areas. Mileage fees may be applied to order, if you need delivery please let us know.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is available for most items. Once shipped, tracking will be emailed.
Please note: Shipping time is separate from production time.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush fees apply to any order needed sooner than the standard turnaround time.

🧄 GARMENT POLICY — PLEASE READ

Do you allow customers to bring their own garments?

To ensure the best quality and protect your order,Ā I prefer to embroider on garments that I provide.

The reasons why is because:

  • I cannot replace customer-provided items if something goes wrong
  • Some fabrics do not react well to heat, needles, or stabilizers
  • Machines can malfunction, skip stitches, or distort fabric
  • Not all garments are compatible with embroidery

If it is agreed upon that a customer brings their own item:

It will be acceptedĀ at your own risk, and:
Ru & Ro LLC isĀ not responsible or liable for damage, machine malfunctions, or garment issues.

ā³ ORDER PICKUP POLICY

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

Orders must be picked up withinĀ 2 weeksĀ of being notified order is complete.
After 2 weeks, the order is consideredĀ ABANDONED.

Depending on the situation, one or more may apply:

  • The item may beĀ returned to shop inventory
  • AĀ restocking or re-stitch feeĀ may be required to reclaim the item
  • The order may beĀ forfeited without refundĀ due to the custom nature of all services
